Better Angels: The Gospel According to Tammy Faye

A four-part miniseries exploring the meteoric rise, scandalous fall and unlikely resurrection of Tammy Faye, the “First Lady of the Electric Church”. I developed, executive produced and was a co-writer on the project. The series was co-written and directed by Dana Adam Shapiro. Producers were Guillermo Garcia and Jeremy Kotin. It was executive produced by Elton John, David Furnish, Peter Rollins and others. Better Angels was produced by Vice Studios, in association with The Magician’s Niece.

The project had its premiere at Sundance in 2024.
